Our Doulton supercarb M15 water filter cartridge (W9222903) is a high efficiency water filter which removes >99.99% of bacteria, cysts and particles from your tap water. Please take a look at the table below.
This is a compatible water filter replacement cartridge for the Franke FRX02 water filter cartridge. It fits in a standard 10" housing.
The cartridge has a long life and is good value for money. We'll email you every 6 months to remind you to clean the filter and you should only need to change it every 6-12 months depending on how much water is used in your household.
The cartridge has an anti-bacterial formulation containing silver to inhibit microbiological growth within the ceramic and it also keeps the minerals in the water that are beneficial to health.
This cartridge does not remove lead. You'll need the Ultracarb equivilent for that - CLICK HERE

The outer shell of the Doulton cartridges is made up of an extremely versatile ceramic; tough yet flexible. Heat resistant and anti-corrosive.
Inside each ceramic cartridge is a technology known as BioTech®; an integrated anti-bacterial matrix that inhibits microbiological growth and this prevents the removed bacteria from growing back onto the ceramic cartridge.
You can dispose of the cartridge in an environmentally friendly way also. Break it up and dig it into the garden!
