Delivery, Returns, Guarantees and Security

Delivery

Fountain Filters gives UK customers FREE standard delivery on all products. We normally send water filter cartridges out via Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For. 

For larger items we use DPD or other tracked services such as Parcelforce 48.

Express delivery is available and we charge £7.50 for this. Express delivery does not necessarily mean next day, but we will do our best depending on stock levels.

For Hot Water Booster Pumps please allow 7-10 days - we normally get them to our customers far more quickly than this but it depends on stock availability. 

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 24 hours, however; some water filter kits are manufactured to order so may take up to 7-10 days for delivery.

Delivery outside of the UK is available. Please contact us for details before placing your order, to avoid disappointment.

Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

Distance Selling Regulations state that you can return any item within 14 days after the day you received it, please contact us if you want to return or exchange something and we'll do our best to accommodate your needs.

We are happy to exchange incorrectly ordered items up to 28 days after purchase.

Please allow up to 10 days for any refunds to show in your account. 

Trade orders are governed by different terms. Returned items should in a resaleable condition and a 30% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund value.

Components Guarantee

There is a standard 12 month guarantee on all our products

We use high quality components in the manufacture of our water filter systems, however; if any components fail due to a manufacturing fault we will send you a replacement component as quickly as possible. Should you damage something small, such as a pushfit connector, give us a call and we'll just send one out at no extra charge - note that common sense applies to this offer.

Wilful misuse or incorrectly fitted items (which is difficult to do as they're fairly simple)  will render the statutory guarantee and our goodwill guarantee null and void.

Payment and Data Security

Orders are processed on a secure server that has an extended validation certificate independently certified by Comodo thus protecting your personal data; in addition, all card details are taken by our payment processing partners 1Epay - we never see or store your card details.
