Below you'll find components diagrams of all the Acquapuro 3 way taps that you can purchase parts for. 

Please send us a helpdesk message with the following information. 

• Your order number if you bought your 3 way tap from Fountain Filters so we can check whether it's still under warranty. If you didn't buy your tap from us, is it still under warranty from the company you bought it from? You'll find warranty information on the Acquapuro taps underneath the components diagrams below. 
• Images / video of the issue you're having with your tap. You can upload these into the helpdesk form.
• The Acquapuro tap spares part you require (if you know what it is) based on the diagram of your tap below.

As we do not stock 3 way tap spares, we will liaise with our kitchen 3 way taps spares supplier to resolve the issue and get you the Acquapuro spares you need to get your tap back up and running. This may mean that we pass your contact details onto our parts stockist, or we ask them to get in touch with you. 

Don't worry if you can't provide all the information we ask for. We will still help you with 3 way tap spares.

Acquapuro 3 way taps warranty information

All Acquapuro products have a five-year warranty which covers consumable parts such as valves, cartridges and workmanship. The 3 way tap finish, whether that's chrome or brushed steel has a one-year warranty. 

You many NOT have bought your Acquapuro tap from us, but we encourage you to check where and when you purchased your tap if it wasn't from us. This will tell you whether your 3 way tap is under warranty or not. While 3 way tap spares aren't necessarily expensive, why pay for parts if you don't have to. 

Once your 3 way tap is installed, the Acquapuro manufacturer/supplier policy on all their 3 way kitchen taps is to send the replacement components so that you can rectify the issue. It does not make viable business sense to send out a completely new tap when most issues are easily fixed without removing the 3 way tap you've already got.
