The Doulton Supercarb Scale Inhibitor (SI) Ceramic short mount filter candle (W9122190) has all the benefits of the Supercarb Ceramic & carbon block short mount (W9122050) but has the added advantage of slow release scale inhibitor which reduces scale build up on heater elements, boiler tanks and pipe work.
This Doulton candle removes bacteria, cysts, particles, chlorine, organics and scale.
This cartridge is NOT compatible with Franke housings.
It should be used in a pressure system. Not suitable for gravity filters.
