Our Salt Free Softener is an eco-friendly whole house combined water conditioner and filter. If you want to remove limescale at the same time as filtering your household water, this is the perfect solution.
Our Salt Free Softener will protect your water pipes, water heating devices, and household appliances against scale. You don't need salt or electricity, and the high flow dual stage filtration process will also reduce chlorine, toxic chemicals and sediment.
Hard Water Filters - explore tap and whole house systems to combat hard water problems.
You’re looking for a virtually maintenance-free water filtration system that not only reduces limescale, but also delivers outstanding chlorine, taste, and odour reduction, without compromising flow rate.
you already have other water softeners or water conditioners installed. If you have other water treatment systems (other than water softeners/conditioners) the Salt Free Softener must be the last stage in the sequence.
Hard water v soft water - understand the differences.
The Salt Free Softener reduces:
The Salt Free Softener doesn't reduce:
Template Assisted Crystallisation (TAC) uses small plastic beads with tiny starter points that help change dissolved hardness in water into very small crystals. These crystals are so small that they can't stick to pipes, taps, or other surfaces such as shower screens. TAC can also remove existing scale inside pipes and appliances.
The high-capacity carbon filter removes chlorine, harmful chemicals, and dirt particles from the water, making it taste and smell better for everyday household use.

Install the Salt Free Softener immediately after the incoming main, before water is distributed. The main may be undeer your kitchen sink, or in a utility or plant room.
To change cartridges, unscrew the unit's top and lift them out; allow at least 40cm of clearance. If space is limited, our 1 metre flexi hoses make cartridge removal easy.
A qualified plumber should handle installation.
When you get the Salt Free Softeneer, take out the cartridge that sits in the centre of the radial flow carbon block (it contains the TAC media). Soak it in water for a couple of hours before reinstalling to avoid losing small particles into the pipework.
Replace the radial flow carbon block filter cartridge annually. Every three years, buy the combo pack with both the TAC and radial flow cartridges.
