HydroTAC’s® 20µm (micron) radial flow carbon filter cartridges have exceptional chlorine, taste, and odour reduction plus high flow capacity. Through the adsorption, harmful contaminants, adhere to the surface of activated carbon, reducing these impurities efficiently from your water before it flows out of your taps. Manufactured using a unique process that reduces harmful greenhouse gas emissions, these filter cartridges are made from high quality activated carbon from coconut shell; known to be more porous and the most renewable of carbon-based filters. They are designed to allow maximum contact between water and carbon ensuring optimal reduction capabilities with reduced pressure drop.
Employing carbon block technology, our 20µm radial flow carbon filter cartridge removes impurities and contaminants from your water without harming your water flow rate. Coconut shell carbon is one of the most renewable resources used in filters, making this an environmentally sound choice for your home’s water filtration process. That activated carbon improves taste, smell, and purification with its abundance of micro-pores capable of removing a wide range of pollutants from your water. Activated carbon treatment is the most studied treatment for PFAS removal and has been proven to reduce PFAS chemicals. Our activated carbon block has an exceptionally high surface area that will bind to and reduce many contaminants.

NOTICE: Untreated private well water may contain contaminants with levels outside of the operating guidelines. Do not use with water that is microbiologically unsafe or of unknown quality without adequate disinfection before or after the system.
