When you buy a water filter, you're trusting it with something that matters: the water your family drinks every day. We take that trust seriously. That is why every kit we sell is assembled by hand in the UK - and why every component that goes into it has been independently certified to a recognised quality and safety standard before it ever reaches our workbench.

What goes into your kit

We source our components from carefully chosen suppliers - some here in Britain, others among the most respected manufacturers in the world. Wherever a part comes from, it has to earn its place. Every component we use is certified to at least one of two independent standards, and in many cases both.

Standard

NSF/ANSI certified

The internationally recognised benchmark for products that touch drinking water. Independent laboratories test each certified component to confirm it performs as claimed and that it won't add anything harmful to your water - verification carried out by a third party, not by the manufacturer marking its own homework.

UK mark

WRAS Approved

The UK's mark of confidence for materials and fittings used with drinking water. It confirms a component meets the Water Supply (Water Fittings) Regulations - the rules that keep the nation's drinking water safe - and it is the standard trusted by British plumbers, installers, and water companies alike.

Built by hand, here in the UK

Sourcing good components is only half the story. Every kit is assembled in our UK workshop by people who work with these systems every day and know them inside out. Nothing is mass-produced on an anonymous line and shipped over in a sealed box. We build, check and finish each kit ourselves - so what arrives at your door is something we've had our own hands on and are happy to put our name to.
