Simon Allen has been working in the water filtration industry since 2011, bringing over two decades of hands-on experience to his writing. With a deep passion for the technical and scientific side of water quality, Simon specialises in understanding the specific challenges people face with their water supply and helping them find practical, effective solutions.

Whether you're dealing with hard water, contaminants, or simply want to understand what's really coming out of your tap, Simon breaks down the science in a way that's clear and actionable.

When he's not solving customers' water quality problems, Simon spend a lot of his time coaching athletes in running and is still a competitive athlete himself. Now in the Masters category, Simon has run a number of marathons with Louise, and has also represented GBNI internationally in the steeplechase.

It was a small but important order: replacement o-ring with silicon for my water filter housing. when I told them I had not received the articles after 7 days, they without fuss dispatched a replacement with the result I received the original and replacement 3 days later! Very responsive customer service.
