Handles of 3 way taps can become loose over time. Use a 2.5mm Allen key to tighten them. In hard water areas you may need to replace tap valves periodically to address limescale buildup, which can cause drips or reduced performance. This is routine maintenance and not a tap defect—regularly changing valves and o-rings helps ensure your tap's reliability and longevity.
This tap has a 3-year parts warranty and a 1-year finish warranty. DIY replacements are available, with video guides provided. Basic repairs only need a 2.5mm Allen key and spanner. The warranty does not cover misuse or improper installation.
The one-year finish warranty applies only if recommended cleaning instructions are followed, as cleaning products may damage the tap surface.
