The Water-to-Go 75cl filter bottle gives you access to cleaner, safer drinking water wherever you are. Whether you're travelling abroad, hiking, camping or simply spending the day outdoors.
Instead of relying on bottled water, simply fill the bottle from a suitable freshwater source and drink through the built-in-filter. Its 3-in-1 filtration technology combines mechanical filtration, activated carbon and an electropositive charge to help reduce a wide range of microbiological and chemical contaminants, including bacteria, viruses, parasites, chlorine and heavy metals.
With a generous 750ml capacity, the bottle is large enough for longer days out while weighing just 138g when empty. Each replaceable filter treats up to 200 litres of water, equivalent to around 400 standard 500ml single-use bottles.
It's particularly useful when travelling in countries where you're unsure about the local tap water, as well as for walking, trekking and camping where treated mains water may not always be available. The bottle, likd and filter are also recyclable, helping reduce reliance on disposable plastic bottles.
Compact, reusable and easy to carry, the Water-to-Go bottle lets you refill as you travel rather than continually buying bottled water; giving you greater freedom over where your next drink comes from.
The bottle holds 750ml, so consider whether that's the right balance between capacity and portability for how you'll use it.
Each filter has a maximum life of approximately 200 litres, but you'll need to replace it sooner if you reach that capacity before the recommended time period. If you're taking the bottle on a long trip, carrying a spare replacement filter can be worthwhile.
Always use the cleanest freshwater source available. Avoid saltwater and water that is obviously contaminated with chemicals, fuel or other hazardous substances.
And remember that this isn't just a travel bottle. For anyone who regularly walks or camps, having the ability to refill from suitable freshwater sources tather than carrying all of your water from the start can be one of its most useful features.
The Water-to-Go bottle is designed to do considerably more than improve the taste of tap water. Its 3-in-1 filter technology targets microbiological contaminants as well as a range of chemicals and particles, making it suitable for travel and outdoor use where water quality may be uncertain.
| Reduces | What the filter does |
| Bacteria | Helps protect against harmful waterborne bacteria |
| Viruses | Reduces viruses that may be present in untreated water |
| Parasites & protozoa | Reduces waterborne parasites and protozoa |
| Chlorine | Reduces chlorine to improve taste and smell |
| Heavy metals | Helps reduce heavy metals including lead |
| Chemicals | Reduces a range of organic chemical contaminants |
| Sediments & particles | Physically filters fine suspended material from the water |
| Microplastics | Helps reduce particulate microplastics from the water |
Water-to-Go states that its filtration technology eliminates up to 99.9999% of microbiological contaminants, with its 3-in-1 filtration technology providing protection beyond that of a conventional carbon filter bottle.
The Water-to-Go bottle is designed for freshwater only. It does not remove salt from seawater and should not be used as a desalination filter.
It should also not be used with water known or suspected to contain dangerous concentrations of industrial chemicals, fuel or other toxic substances. When collecting water outdoors, always choose the cleanest freshwater source available.
The filter also doesn't make dirty looking water magically clear before it enters the bottle. Where possible, avoid heavily muddy or sediment-laden water, as excessive sediment can reduce flow and shorten the useful life of the filter.
The Water-to-Go bottle uses 3-in-1 filtration technology to tackle contaminants that a conventional carbon filter bottle may not be designed to reduce.
As you drink, water is drawn through the filter before it reaches the mouthpiece. Three filtration processes work together:
The result is filtered drinking water straight from the bottle, with no electricity, pumping or additional purification equipment required. Simply fill, filter and drink.
This combination of physical filtration, activated carbon and electropositive technology is what makes the Water-to-Go bottle particularly useful for travel and outdoor adventures, where protection against microbiological contaminants can be just as important as improving the taste of the water.

Your Water-to-Go 75cl filter bottle comes ready to get you started with:
The filter fits inside the bottle lid, so there are no separate pumps, hoses or filtration equipment to carry. Once the filter has been prepared for first use, simply fill the bottle with suitable freshwater and drink through the filtered mouthpiece.
Replacement Water-to-Go filters are available separately, so you can continue using the same bottle when the original filter reaches the end of its life.
The Water-to-Go bottle is simple to use, but a new or dry filter needs to be activated with water before you drink from it for the first time.
For travel, simply refill from a suitable freshwater supply rather than continually buying bottled water. The 750ml capacity makes it practical for days out, sightseeing, hiking and travelling between destinations.
If you're heading somewhere where replacement filters may be difficult to find, it's worth taking a spare Water-to-Go filter with you, particularly on longer trips.
The Water-to-Go bottle is designed to be reused, with only the filter needing regular replacement.
Each filter treats up to 200 litres of water. How quickly you reach that capacity will depend on how often you use the bottle. Occasional travellers may use one filter very differently from someone using the bottle every day while backpacking.
To keep your bottle in good condition:
Because the bottle itself is reusable, you don't need to replace the whole unit when the filter reaches the end of its life. Simply fit a new Water-to-Go filter and continue using the bottle.
For regular travellers, that also means the ongoing cost is primarily the replacement filters rather than repeatedly buying bottled water.
The Water-to-Go bottle is designed specifically for situations where drinking water quality may be uncertain. It's 3-in-1 filtration technology helps reduce bacteria, viruses, parasites and a range of other contaminants, making it particularly useful when travelling. Always use the cleanest freshwater source available and follow local advice where water is known to have serious chemical contamination.
Yes. The bottle can be used with freshwater from rivers and streams, making it useful for hiking, camping and backpacking. Choose clear, flowing water wherever possible and avoid water that is obviously polluted, heavily contaminated or close to potential chemical or sewage sources.
Yes. This is one of the key differences between Water-to-Go and a conventional carbon filter bottle. Water-to-Go states that its 3-in-1 filtration technology eliminates up to 99.9999% of microbiological contaminants, including bacteria and viruses.
The filter supplied with the 75cl bottle treats up to 200 litres of water. That's equivalent to approximately 400 x 500ml bottles. How long that lasts in practice will depend on how frequently you use your bottle.
No. Water-to-Go is designed for freshwater only. The filter does not desalinate water, so it cannot turn seawater or saltwater into drinking water.
