Deal water filter cartridge

The Deal® filter cartridge is specifically designed to be used in the final stage of our Oyster Go triple water purifier. The other two stages in the Oyster Go are a 20 micron Fluoride filter cartridge and a 5 micron carbon block.

If you wanted to use only the Deal water filter cartridge, your water would need to be very clear with minimal sediment to obtain longer life from the cartridge.

The Deal cartridge removes 99.99999% of bacteria and viruses but does not improve the taste or odour of water. The deal cartridge will also reduce soluble lead from 150ppb down to 7ppb.

The Deal cartridge is a formed porous block filter cartridge. These blocks are formed from patented electro positively charged diatomaceous earth (DE) material to create a highly efficient cartridge for submicron particulate adsorption.

Diatomaceous earth (DE) as a water treatment process can be used for drinking water, fish tanks, and other liquids, such as wine and beer. It can also filter syrups, sugar, and honey without altering the colour, taste, or nutritional properties.
