You have a pressurised hot water system and prefer a tap that can dispense hot, cold, and filtered water all from a single unit, rather than installing an additional tap just for filtered water.

Not ideal if

Your gravity-fed hot water system has low flow due to incoming pressure. Installing a hot water booster pump can increase this.

Maintenance

Tap handles may loosen over time and can be tightened with Allen keys. In hard water areas, tap valves and O-rings often need replacing due to limescale build-up, which can cause leaks or reduced function. This maintenance is routine and helps keep your tap reliable for longer.

If limescale is a problem in your area, we recommend treating your water with one of our hard water filters.

Cleaning instructions

Wash the tap surface using warm soapy water, then rinse it and dry thoroughly with a soft cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners (e.g. Viakal), as they could harm the finish and void the warranty. By cleaning regularly, you'll keep limescale from forming.
